This is a story of how the military works.

Shortly after the cease fire, we were in Camp Casey. When we fell out in the morning for Roll Call, we were told to put our ponchos on as it was raining. We all fell out with them except for one. When asked why he didn't, he answered he had lost it. So we were ordered to fall back into our tents and take the ponchos off and then fell back in to finish roll call. Consequently, 200 men were completely soaked. The soldier that didn't have one caught hell for a week. That was one off the mind games the military uses.

I am on the left in the photo below. Unfortunately, I do not have one of me in uniform.
